It is a Registered with the Government of Tamil Nadu. Established as a trust registered vide No. 49/2018 Dated 07th June 2018 under the Charitable and Religious Trust Act 1920. Maintaining, conserving and developing all natural resources, including water resources, plants, forests, mountains, and other organisms. Raising awareness on conservation and conservation of natural resources. Performing all kinds of work and services related to conservation of natural resources. The aims and objectives of the Trust which are based on the brotherhood of mankind and the love of India will be to organize, establish, consolidate, maintain, support, develop and encourage charitable and uplifting activities and to extend financial and other material support. Raising awareness on agriculture, health, livelihood development of hill people and housing, education, industry and business. Doing all life assistance in times of natural disaster. Arranging water for birds and animals during hot seasons. Needed for birds on the roadside and in vacant lots Maintenance of novel fruit saplings with water source till the saplings become trees. The Iyarkaiyai Nesi Public Charitable Trust operates.
